PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM PERUSAHAAN PROPERTI

Abstract

This research is meant to find out the influence of the variables i.e. current rasio, price earnings rasio, return on
aset and return on equity to the stock return on Property Companies. The financial ratio is used as the
representation of financial performance based on the result of the research which proves that there is strong
influence and correlation between financial ratio to the changes of stock return and the use of financial ratio in
measuring and predicting the financial performance. In this research, there are 10 companies which have been
selected as samples and the observation periods have been done in 2011-2014. The data in this research is the
secondary data. The analysis technique has been done by using multiple regressions analysis. The result of this
research which has been done by using Model Feasibility test shows that the models are feasible to be used for the
following research and the hypothesis test which has been done by using t test shows that the variables i.e.
current ratio, price earnings ratio, return on aset dan return on equity have significant and positive influence to
the stock return of property companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2014.
