Abstract

This research aimed to find out the management of Regional Education Operational Aids (BOPDA) of Sawahan I/340 Elementary School, Surabaya. at this point, the school needed to be transparent and accountable with the analysis of fundmanagement during its planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluatin, and reporting of BOPDA. Besides, with the analysis, effective and efficient of financial management. The research was descriptive-qualitive. The research location was at SD Sawahan I/340, Surabaya with the Principal, Treasurer, Teachers, and School Committees as the sample. Moreover, the data collection technique used observation, documentation, and interviews. In addition, the data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research result concluded the management of BOPDA of Sawahan I/340 SDN Elementary School had effectively implemented free of charge education in line with the government regulations. This oppportunity was given to the people in Surabaya which had Surabaya Family Card. Besides, the school had managed the funds efficiently with spending goods/services unexcessively. In addition, the management of BOPDA had accountably implemented as it had been done properly and the school had reported the funds to Surabaya Education Agency on with regularly.
