PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP RESPON INVESTOR (STUDI PADA PERUSAHAAN PROPERTY AND REAL ESTATE)

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect to financial performance on the investors response. While, the research was quantitative. The sampling collection technique used purposive sampling. There were 48 Property and Real Estate companies which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2017 as sample. The data analysis technique used multiple linier regression analysis. In addition, the research result concluded as follows: (a) Current Ratio had positive effect on the investors response. when the company was able to fulfill its liabilities,(b) Debt to Equity Ratio had negative effect on the investors response. as the composition of Debt to Equity was reasonable, the investors would consider the company still secured,(c) Earnings Per Share did not effect on the investors response. the investors did not focus on company liability in making some profits from every shares as the bases of making investment decision,(d) Return On Equity had positive effect on the investors response. when the company was able to increase its profit to investors,(e) Total Asset Turnover had positive effect on the investors response. as the company sales were getting bigger. Investors can have greater profits than the investment made.
