Abstract

This research is meant to test the influence of financial performance (ROA), managerial ownership (KM), institutional ownership (KI), independent commissionaire (KOMIN), audit committee (KA) and dividend policy (DPR) to the firm value (PBV) in annual report (annual report) of the food and beverages companies which are incorporated in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Total samples are 55 companies which have been determined by using purposive sampling. The analysis method has been carried out by using multiple linear regressions analysis techniques. The analysis of multiple linear regressions has been done by using significance test which is related to the influence of financial performance, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent commissioner, audit committee and dividend policy to the firm value. The result of this research shows that: (1) financial performance gives positive influence to the firm value, (2) managerial ownership does not give any influence to the firm value, (3) institutional ownership give negative influence to the firm value, (4) independent commissionaire does not give any influence to the firm value, (5) audit committee does not give any influence to the firm value, (6) dividend policy does not give any influence to the firm value.
