PENGARUH PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI, PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH DAN DANA ALOKASI UMUM TERHADAP PENGALOKASIAN BELANJA MODAL

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of economic growth, local original income, and general allocation
funds to capital expenditures in regency / city goverment in East Java Province 2013-2016. The method that
been used in this research in purposive sampling with the number of samples of 152 financial reports from 38
districts / cities throughout Eat Java Province. The data that been used in form of secondary data which taken
from report realization of regional revenue and expenditure budged (APBD) of regency / city in East Java
Province with observation period in year of 2013-2016 that obtained from state audit board (BPK) of East Java
Province. The result of the research with multiple linier regression analyze indicates that economic growth, local
original income and general allocation fund have a positive influence on the allocation of capital expenditure.
With the value of adjused R Square of 0,847% which means that can be explained by the variable of economic
growth , local revenue and general allocation funds, the remaining 15,3% is explained bu other variables outside
this research.
