Abstract

The value of the firm is the perception of investors against companies that are often associated with stock prices, which higher stock prices can increase the value of the company. This research aims to obtain empirical evidence on: Influence Liquidity to Company Value, Influence of Leverage on Corporate Value, Influence of Profitability to Company Value, Influence of Corporate Social Responsibility to Corporate Value. This type of research is classified as quantitative research. The population of research is all the Banking companies which is listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016 amounted to 11 companies. Dependent variable in this research is firm value, while the independent variable in this research is liquidity, leverage, profitability, and corporate social responsibility .Sampling technique using purpose sampling. The sample of this research amounted to 44 companies. Data analysis with multiple regression. Liquidity significantly positive effect on the value of the company with a significant, Leverage has a significant positive influence on firm value with significant, Profitability has no significant positive influence on the firm value with insignificant, Corporate social responsibility has a significant positive influence on the firm value with significant.
