Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of applying the principles of Good Corporate Governance, which is represented by openness, accountability, responsibility, independence and equity to the employee’s performance of PT Ayu Berga. The population in this research comprise all the employees of PT Ayu Berga Surabaya which amounted to 40 people. Data collection techniques in this research is to use primary data which is a questionnaire. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear analysis. The results showed that openness had a significant influence on the employee performance with the t value of 5.095 and the significance level of 0.000. Accountability has a significant influence on the employee performance with t count value 2,910 and significance level 0,006. Accountability has a significant influence on the employee performance with a t value of 3.261 and a significance level of 0.003. Independence has a significant influence on the employee performance with a t value of 2,055 and a significance level of 0.048. Fairness has a significant influence on the employee performance with a value of t arithmetic of 2077 and a significance level of 0.045.
