DAMPAK SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI TERHADAP PRESTASI KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT FAJAR MAS MURNI SURABAYA

Abstract

The purpose of this research, the first is to know the application of accounting information system at PT. Fajar Mas Murni Surabaya, the second is to know the effectiveness and efficiency of accounting information system at PT. Fajar Mas Murni Surabaya and the third is to know the influence of accounting information system on employee performance at PT. Fajar Mas Murni Surabaya. This research is a qualitative research. The data collection methods used are interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with relevant informants in this research namely the head of sales, purchasing department head, warehouse head, and head of finance.Based on research conducted on the impact of accounting information system on employee performance achievement at PT Fajar Mas Murni Surabaya, it is concluded that accounting information system utilizing computer technology can simplify work faster, more accurate and consistent than manual method, so that the effectiveness and efficiency of accounting information system at PT Fajar Mas Murni Surabaya gives an illustration of how far the target can be achieved with both quality and time in producing output (output) as expected. The impact of accounting information systems that utilize computer technology to the performance of employees, can be seen from the work achieved by employees in quality and quantity in accordance with the duties and responsibilities such as in terms of time, reduce the occurrence of errors and discipline Standard Operational Procedures (SOP).
